Radians

As stated, one radian is equal to 180/π degrees. Thus, to convert from radians to degrees, multiply by 180/π.

Conversion between radians and grads

2π radians are equal to one complete revolution, which is 400g. So, to convert from radians to grads multiply by 200/π, and to convert from grads to radians multiply by π/200

One radian is the angle of an arc created by wrapping the radius of a circle around its circumference.

angle in radians = angle in degrees * Pi / 180

Degrees are used to express directionality and angle size. If you stand facing directly north, you are facing the direction of zero degrees, written as 0°. If you turn yourself fully around, so you end up facing north again, you have "turned through" 360°; that is, one revolution (one circle) is 360°.

A unit of angular measure equal to the angle subtended at the center of a circle by an arc equal in length to the radius of the circle, approximately 57°17′44.6″.
